Jacob's Lighthouse Inc.
Jacob's Lighthouse Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit founded in 2018. Horses have been an important part of our family for as long as I can remember. Because they mean so much to us, we wanted to share the joy and happiness we receive from them with as many people as we can. We bring our Miniature Horses to assisted living facilities and schools and have individuals and groups come to our farm to spend time with the Off-Track Thoroughbreds. ~Kallie

My name is Oscar and I was born on June 8, 2016. I have been visiting Assisted Living Facilities since I was 6 months old. A few of my favorite things are playing with my best friend Oliver, having my mane brushed and eating cookies.

My name is Oliver and I was born on May 5, 2016. I have been visiting Assisted Living Facilities since I was 7 months old. A few of my favorite things are food of any kind, riding in the minivan and playing with my friend Oscar!

Off Track Thoroughbred Therapy Horse in Training
My Name is Jacob and I was born on March 7, 2008. My racing name is Jacob's Lighthouse and I spent six years running on the track. I am called a war horse because I raced 59 times and earned $89,246. I had a very busy racing life, racing in 6 states and changing owners more times then I can count. I retired from racing in Dec. 2016 to my new home with anxiety and had trouble handling new situations and meeting people. I have come a long way with the help of my people and now I am in training to be a Therapy Horse.

My name is Hal and I was born on Jan. 30, 2011. My racing name is Brave Titan and I ran on the track for 3 years racing 34 times. I was retired from racing when my owners could not take me with them to the next track. I loved to run but being on the track was very hard on my body. I have arthritis and bone remodeling on my front legs. I don't let that slow me down, running in my pasture is the best! I am in training to be a therapy horse.
